Brittany Perry is a Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist with over a decade of experience, now partnering with Gymnazo to help clients optimize their health and performance. She’s passionate about simplifying nutrition, teaching people to eat purposefully rather than perfectly, and empowering them to feel their best without the stress of restrictive diets.
Having personally struggled with disordered eating, Brittany understands the challenges of achieving lasting results. Through her 12-week coaching program, she helps clients enjoy the foods they love, create balance in their meals and lifestyle, and develop sustainable habits that promote lifelong health. Brittany is excited to bring her expertise to the Gymnazo community!
