Taking Time for Gratitude at the End of the Year

by Michael Hughes

Time as they say is the only resource we never get back, so increasingly we place a premium on how we spend it and set expectations on how we intend to use it.

This time of year is powerful in relation to time. In business no matter your placement on the organizational chart, it’s a reflective time to review data, spot trends and understand the connection between how time was spent and what was achieved. On a personal level, it’s the time of year we become reflective about what we’ve accomplished personally, professionally and even relationally.

This year, as I look around me and consider where I’ve personally invested my time, I see the faces of our members, our team, and my family.

This year I feel immense gratitude for the privilege it is to spend my time serving you. Not everyone has the opportunity to do daily what they love, to live in so beautiful a place in this world, to share the friendships and camaraderie with such a high caliber group of people.

I want to thank you for being a part of Gymnazo, not just the fitness community, but my community. You enrich our lives and support our work to help each person who walks through our doors to feel uplifted, motivated and to move more freely.

Thank you for all you have given to me in 2016. It truly has been an incredible year!
