At Gymnazo, we take a thoughtful, fitness-based approach rooted in education, strength, and intentional movement. Our focus is on building body awareness, stability, and coordinated strength so women can feel more supported, capable, and confident in both workouts and daily life.

We understand how frustrating it can feel when changes in your body affect your comfort, confidence, and day-to-day movement. That’s why we created a focused, fitness-based program designed to support women through education, intentional movement, and strength-building, without judgment or shame.

Female Core Movement Assessment
When your body has been through significant change, whether from pregnancy, childbirth, or hormonal transitions, it’s important to feel safe, supported, and understood. Our one-on-one consultations provide a respectful space to explore how your body moves and identify opportunities to build awareness, strength, and confidence through fitness-based strategies.

15-Minute Consultation
Connect one-on-one with a female core movement specialist to discuss your movement goals, challenges, and current experience. Together, we’ll outline next steps to help you feel more supported and confident in how you move.

On-Demand Video Programs

Female Core Lite
This on-demand program includes four full-body, strength-focused workouts designed to be completed once per week over two to three months. It’s a great starting point for building body awareness, coordination, and foundational strength at your own pace.

Female Core Prenatal Program
Support your body through pregnancy with intentional strength and movement designed to help you stay active, confident, and connected to your body throughout each trimester.

Female Core Postpartum Program
Rebuild strength, awareness, and confidence after childbirth with a thoughtful, progressive approach to movement that supports your return to the activities and routines you enjoy.

Female Core Menopause
This fitness-based approach emphasizes coordinated strength, stability, and breath-supported movement through the core, hips, back, and torso. It’s designed to help women feel more supported, capable, and confident in their bodies during midlife transitions and beyond.

Our program shows significant improvement in the first two months and has been approved of by Women’s Health Physical Therapists and local OBGYN’s.

 

 

 

I'm so happy to have discovered Gymnazo's Female Core Conversion (FCC) class.

After my 4th child was born 4 years ago, I developed Diastasis Recti. My stomach was so rounded out that I looked several months pregnant even 4 years later. I went to several doctors with no solutions offered. I dieted and exercised and nothing was working. Additionally, and I didn’t know this was related, I was peeing every time I coughed, sneezed, jumped or ran.
